Purpose of the site

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are concluded between Mille Mondes Monaco and any person accessing (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) the millemondes.mc website.c.

All orders placed by the Customer via the Site are subject without reservation to these T&Cs.

 

Prices

Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Website are accurate, there may be instances where errors occur.

If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

If we are unable to contact you, your order will be considered cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.

The prices indicated on the site are in Euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. These prices can be modified at any time by the publisher, the prices displayed are only valid on the day of the order and have no effect for the future.

Pricing currency

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the selling price of the products depends on the country of delivery, which determines the currency in which the price will be indicated.

In the event that the country of delivery of the Customer is not referenced by Mille Mondes Monaco on the day the order is placed, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that all the prices indicated on the product pages of the Site are in Euros, and the selling price of the products results from the conversion of the price displayed on the Site into the currency of the country of delivery at the exchange rate in effect at the time of validation of the order.

If the payment card used by the Customer applies a currency different from that indicated on the invoice, the selling price of the products will result from the conversion of the price indicated on the invoice into the currency applicable to the Customer's payment card using the applicable exchange rate, rate at the time the payment card issuer processes the transaction.

Tax

The prices indicated include VAT (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order). Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply.

You may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products. If they are not included, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise you on their amount. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes which are not included. Please contact your local customs office for more information and an "estimated landed cost" before placing your order.

Delivery costs

The prices of the Products indicated on the Site are exclusive of delivery costs, unless otherwise stipulated. Delivery costs are calculated according to the Customer's country of delivery and are detailed on the summary page of Your order.

Title retention clause

the items sold remain the property of the seller until full payment of their price, in accordance with this retention of title clause.


Customer account

To order products, the customer must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card (please see details of accepted payment methods).

By placing an order, the customer promises that all details provided by the customer are true and correct, that the customer is over 18 years of age, that the customer is an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that it has sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

To place any order, the Customer can either register and create an online account, or place an order as a guest without creating an online account.
In order to create this account, the Customer will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as legal name, telephone number and email address, and to confirm that the Customer has reached the age of the majority.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the password and login to the account is kept secret, safe and secure at all times. Milles Mondes Monaco cannot be held liable for any misuse of the account linked to and/or resulting from the access and use by a third party of the password and account identifier.

Please refer to the privacy policy for more details on how Milles Mondes Monaco may use personal information. If Customer is checking out as a guest, when placing an order, Customer will be required to provide other personal information, if applicable, such as shipping address, billing address, and payment details.

Additional information may be collected by Milles Mondes Monaco or its third-party service providers at this time for security and anti-fraud purposes. Customer represents and warrants that the personal information provided is true, valid, complete and current in all respects, and confirms that Customer is the person referred to in the shipping and billing information provided.

Orders

By completing the payment process and placing an order by clicking on the "Pay Now" button on the payment page, the Customer is offering to purchase the products from Mille Mondes Monaco. Any order placed on the Site assumes the express acceptance of these GCS, without this acceptance being conditional on the written signature by the Customer.
Such an offer to purchase commits the Customer as soon as the latter has confirmed the payment by clicking on Pay now..

The website allows the customer to check the order and correct any errors before finalizing a purchase. Please take the time to read and verify your order on each page of the ordering process, as the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided by the customer is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Otherwise, Milles Mondes Monaco reserves the right to purely and simply cancel the order.

After receiving an order, Mille Mondes Monaco will send the Customer an acknowledgment of receipt of the order by e-mail including a summary of the order, the order number. This e-mail is only an acknowledgment of receipt for information purposes and does not constitute acceptance of the Customer's order by Mille Mondes Monaco. Mille Mondes Monaco will accept the Order by dispatch and the invoice afterwards.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Mille Mondes Monaco reserves the right not to register a payment and not to confirm an order. Mille Mondes Monaco will inform the Customer of the reasons for the non-confirmation of his order if he so requests.

Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary provided herein, Mille Mondes Monaco reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time. For example, Mille Mondes Monaco may refuse, rescind or cancel an order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment for a previous order or if Mille Mondes Monaco suspects, in its sole discretion, that the Customer has fraudulent or gray market activities or has otherwise violated the T&Cs.

When Customer visits the Website and/or submits an Order, Customer is communicating electronically, and Customer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we send to Customer electronically (whether on our behalf or on behalf of partners) satisfy any legal requirement. Customer understands that Customer is responsible for all electronic communications and content sent to us.

The Customer declares to have read all the information provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The order confirmation constitutes signature and acceptance of the transactions made.
All the information relating to a particular order can be found in the "Order follow-up" section of the Customer's personal space, with the exception of the payment of the order as a guest.

The risk associated with the product will remain with us until it is delivered to the customer at the address indicated during the customer's order.

 

Deliveries

Details of the countries we ship to can be found on the page Delivery and Return . There are restrictions on certain products for certain international destinations, so please read the information on this page carefully before placing an order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. The customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable if the Customer violates these laws.

The order can be sent to a delivery address different from the billing address.

The estimated delivery date of the products will be 7 days after the shipping date and 30 days for any product cleared through customs.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of products and the Customer's delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try to arrange for the products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to the Customer for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

Prior to placing an order, the Customer can find on the Site a description of the main characteristics of the product(s) he wishes to order.
We strive to be as precise as possible in the description of the products presented on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are always accurate, complete or error-free. The content of the website is provided for general information only. Please contact us by email if you would like more information about a product.

Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and while considerable effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of Mille Mondes Monaco products displayed on the Platforms are representative in color, design and styling, etc original products, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may appear compared to the original product.
The Customer acknowledges that the content of the Site may change and Milles Mondes Monaco reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered on the Site at any time. The Customer acknowledges that the products offered on the Site may differ from those offered in Milles Mondes Monaco retail stores.

Termination under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Depending on where the customer lives, the customer has the legal right to cancel the order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (CCR) or equivalent consumer law..

This means that during a certain cancellation period, if the Customer changes his mind or for any other reason the Customer decides not to keep the purchased products, the Customer can notify us of the decision to cancel the order.

Once the products have been returned, the customer will receive a full refund, including the initial delivery costs; however, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of returning the order.
To cancel an Order, the Customer must clearly inform us, preferably:

If the customer cancels an order (or part of an order) during the CCR cancellation period, the customer must return the product(s) within 2 days of the day the customer notifies us of the cancellation and ensure that the item(s) comply with the terms of our return policy.

 

Events out of control

Event Beyond Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, such as force majeure, war, terrorist attack, embargo, riot, strike, lockout, trade dispute , fire, flood, earthquake or other acts of nature. disasters, breakdowns, bad weather, interruption of transport, action by the State or failure of public or private telecommunications or transport networks.

If such an event occurs and it affects the performance of our obligations to the Customer: (i) we will contact the Customer as soon as reasonably possible to notify the Customer; and (ii) our obligations to the Customer will be suspended for the duration of the event. Where the event affects the delivery of products to the Customer, we will contact the Customer to arrange a new delivery date after the event has ended.
Please note that we provide the website for private use only and as such we have no liability to the customer for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. .

Intellectual property

We, Mille Mondes Monaco, are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, compilations of data and software, including the presentation and compilation of the same ) ("Content"). The rights in the Website and the Content are protected by international copyright laws as well as any relevant national laws regarding copyright, author's rights and database rights. All rights reserved.


The Customer must not systematically extract and/or reuse parts of the Site or the Content. In particular, the Client shall not use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (once or several times) for reuse substantial parts of the Website.

Customer shall not create and/or publish your own database which features substantial portions of the Website (eg, our prices and product listings) without our prior written consent.

We will not be liable to the Customer if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Warranty:

There is a 2 years warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and manufacture.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to MME Christine Pons in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider of maximum of 2 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

MME Christine Pons covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These general conditions may be modified at any time by the publisher of the site or his agent. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Milles Mondes Monaco may modify these T&Cs at any time by posting the amended and updated Agreement on the Website. Everything concerning Your order, the use of the Sites or these General Conditions is governed by Monegasque law. Where the laws of Monaco are different from the mandatory consumer laws in your own country, we will offer you similar protection.

The courts of Monaco will have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim relating to these General Conditions.
