Are your jewels fragile? 

Our jewelry is carefully assembled by hand in our workshop in Monaco. All of our stones and finishes are of very good quality, however, shocks, abrasive products and improper use can deteriorate the quality of the jewel more quickly.

Are your jewels guaranteed 

The jewelery is guaranteed for 1 month parts and labor from the date of purchase if the examination of said jewelery after return confirms a manufacturing defect only.

It does not cover, for example, if the jewelry is found to have suffered a shock, superficial scratches, exposure to an abrasive product, discoloration due to normal wear of the product, missing components/materials or any other damage resulting from improper use.

The rubber bands and cords used for our jewelry are very resistant and tested before being put on sale.

Any jewelry returned because the thread has cracked cannot be covered by the guarantee, it is up to the buyer to ensure that he does not pull the cord more than necessary.

Payment methods accepted

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases: CB, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfers.
If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal site. You will need to log in to your Paypal account, check the amount displayed and click on Pay. Once the transaction is complete, you will be redirected to our siteite millemondes.mc

Is my payment secure 

Protecting our customers' data is one of our priorities. All personal and payment information sent is secure.

What is the security code on my credit card 

A security code consists of 3 digits.
This code is used to secure online commercial transactions.

For credit cards (Visa, Mastercard): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature field.

Will I be charged additional taxes 

All prices displayed online on millemondes.mc are inclusive of all taxes throughout Europe.

Mille Mondes Monaco ships to France, Corsica, Monaco and all of Europe as well as zones from 1 to 4.

What shipping method do you use 

We use the services of the Post Colissimo for sending orders. Orders are all delivered against signature from Monday to Saturday.

What is the estimated delivery time 

The delivery time for your order is estimated at 7 days, however Mille Mondes Monaco is not responsible for any natural or unnatural event that may cause a delay in delivery.

is a signature required when my order is delivered 

The security of order delivery is one of our priorities. All Mille Mondes Monaco online purchases require a signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by Colissimo.

If you are not available, the courier will make three delivery attempts over three consecutive working days. If you are still not available, the package will be temporarily held at the post office near you.

How to track my order 

You will receive an email including the tracking number upon shipment. You can use this number to track your order on the La Poste - Colissimo website.

How to change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may change your delivery address.

However, once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer change your delivery address. You will need to contact Colissimo directly.

Please note that Colissimo may charge you additional fees for a change of address within the same country once your order has been dispatched. Colissimo will not accept any change of address in a different country. Mille Mondes Monaco will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs related to a change of address.
