Shipping and Delivery
We use Collissimo postal services to send your purchase and ship packages on Mondays and Thursday mornings as long as stocks are available. Any order placed on these same days will be shipped on the next collection.
Orders are then delivered against signature to your home from Monday to Saturday 48 hours after dispatch, which guarantees delivery within around 7 days (or less in the best case).
Mille Mondes Monaco is in no way responsible for any delivery delays caused by Colissimo.
Mille Mondes Monaco, which we remind you is a craft activity, ships free of charge only in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, for the rest refer to the price list below.

* Mille Mondes Monaco reserves the right to modify these rates at any time if the post office has changed them during the year or for any other reason that we deem necessary.
** If you live in another country (zone 5 and 6), do not hesitate to contact us atcontact@millemondes.mc in order to give you a suitable delivery price.
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an email including the tracking number for your shipment and you can find it on the post office's collissimo website.
Delivery error and apparent defect
The customer undertakes to verify the conformity of the item(s) received upon delivery. Any delivery error in relation to the order or apparent defect must be the subject of a complaint within three clear days of delivery. After this period, the customer will be deemed to have received it in conformity, who will no longer be able to rely on a delivery error or an apparent defect.
Damage and partial loss
Complaints related to the transport of items must be recorded on the transport document and countersigned by the carrier, then confirmed to the carrier and the publisher by registered letter to Mille Mondes 14 Quai Antoine 1er 98000 Monaco with request for acknowledgment of receipt. within three days, not including public holidays, from receipt of the items, under penalty of foreclosure of reservations and complaints.
Return or exchange policy
We accept the return or exchange of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.Return or exchange costs are your responsibility.
The product must be intact, show no signs of wear, unworn and in its original or similar packaging with maximum care taken to protect the products. Any product returned damaged due to lack of care on your part will not be refunded.
Reshipments of exchanged orders are the responsibility of the Customer depending on the area and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund or charged if the product is more expensive.
In the event of withdrawal and return of the product, we will refund the payment received within 15 days of receipt, by bank transfer from the payment method used for your purchase.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number and against signature.Without tracking number, nor against signature we will not accept any claims for loss.
If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
Please note that we can only refund products purchased online. Products purchased in one of the reseller shops cannot be refunded.
Finally, sale items cannot be taken back or exchanged.
